Public offender is the last track in MARKS THE SPOT album by SANDWICH. It’s a mellow alternative pop song and a tagteam effort of Diego and Mong. For me, it’s a relaxing song! after too much rock and alternatives, Sandwich showed their lighter side. The melody and lyrics are fantastic. But then, i don’t know how they came up with the title PUBLIC OFFENDER.. hehehe!
