‘Promise’ is the 3rd track of Yeng’s latst album ‘Journey’. I’m not impressed with this song. Lyrics is ok..but the melody is not that ‘good’ (or maybe i’m just not used to hearing her sing this type of song..specifically with this ’slow paced’ music). The song typically speaks of friendship, promising someone you’ll stand by his/her side.

    the song is actually about what really happened between Yeng Constantino and Rj Jimenez… if you listen to the song it’s a very sad song. but even if there’s pain the person who wrote this song (which is of course Yeng) promised to be Rj’s friend no matter what.

    hi..im so impressed of the lyrics of this song..when i read it,it reminds me of my one good friend whom i used to be with but now i dunno what happened to our friendship coz this friend of mine becomes distant to me..well so sad coz his truly a worth keeping friend..hope that the promise that we had bout our friendship wont be forgotten by him..please do send me the link in which i can download this song..tnx a lot..god bless..
